Reviews help your brand or company to establish its credibility in the game. The fact already exists that you do offer a product or service but so do other brands. You can use testimonials to tell the story of why you are set apart from the rest.

Reviews can be given in both print and video format and they can be used in articles, interviews and even just stand alone features on your website or social media. It can create noise that will encourage other people to speak and give their opinion as well.

First-hand impressions are always the best

A familiar face or someone you can relate to always goes along way. First impressions are lasting and create an emotional appeal like no other that will set your brand apart from the rest. It builds trust and fosters confidence in the product or service that you are offering. Incorporating testimonials will definitely bridge the gap of unfamiliarity between you and your customers. It will show the humanness that exists within your brand and make it more relatable.

Getting your clients or customers to write a testimonial will prove to be very valuable to both your online and offline reputation. They allow future customers or clients to read and listen to past experiences that will most definitely provide a sense of trust before they even make the decision to purchase from or work with you.

Don’t be afraid to ask your customers for testimonials either, many of them offer them willingly but it isn’t wrong to ask.
